Changes are in store for the Fort Collins-Loveland Municipal Airport. Elite Airways will suspend its flights to Rockford, Illinois, starting January 4th for winter. Flights will resume in early April. Expected to be announced next month, new routes will be added by summer 2016. It is expected the new routes will include Mesa, Arizona, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas. According to Elite Airways, riders have exceeded projections for the Rockford route, enticing the airline to look into providing additional service.
