Infill Score is a new planning tool used to evaluate and provide strategies to attract investment and revitalize communities. The tool is meant for citizens, community planners, city managers, and developers to establish priorities, policies, and the actions to make them happen. Having these plans and policies in place can make it easier for public investment to leverage private capital. Thirty strategies are provided, including identifying priority infill areas, adopting flexible codes, and building complete streets.

For more information, visit the Infill Score website.
