New sections of Poudre Trail to open Friday

Two sections of the Poudre Trail through Larimer County opened September 24th. In Fort Collins, a paved 3.1-mile loop will connect the intersection of Horsetooth and Ziegler roads to the Harmony Park-N-Ride via the Arapaho Bend Natural Area. A further .6-mile route will connect the gateway Trailhead Park to Stonefly Court in Timnath. These new segments are the result of a partnership between Great Outdoors Colorado, Fort Collins, Larimer County, and the Town of Timnath.
