Underpass from MAX to mall to be built this summer

As part of the ongoing reconstruction of the Foothills Mall in Fort Collins, a new underpass will be built between the MAX BRT line and the mall. The underpass will be built along a former irrigation ditch between Foothills Parkway and Monroe Drive. After crossing under College Avenue, the underpass will connect to a bike path and intersect Mason Street to provide access to both the Horsetooth and Swallow stations.
