CDOT Establishes new Office of Innovative Mobility, Names Leader

The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) has created an Office of Innovative Mobility (OIM), which will further Governor Polis' efforts to expand multi-modal transportation options for Coloradans. The new OIM will integrate the existing Division of Transit and Rail (DTR) and add ridesharing, electrification, and emerging technology into its purview. Sophie Shulman will lead the new office as Chief of Innovative Mobility and will serve on the Governor's transportation electrification workgroup.
