Harmony, Kechter roads to see major changes as part of North I-25 Express Lanes project

Improvements are coming to the Harmony Road interchange and the Kechter Road bridge over I-25 as part of the North I-25 Express Lanes project. A third left-turn lane will be added on the northbound off-ramp with the goal of reducing backups onto I-25. The Kechter Road bridge project will add a roundabout on the west side of I-25 at the intersection of the west frontage road and Kechter Road as well as sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, and bike lanes to the new bridge.
