Following the announcement that the Trump Administration will rollback fuel efficiency standards, Colorado explores options on how to move forward. Colorado has set ambitious goals of reducing greenhouse gasses which were to be achieved in part by having strict vehicle standards. The rollback, in addition to the Trump Administration rescinding the ability for the State to have stricter standards than the federal government, has led the Colorado Attorney General to join other states in suing the federal government over the new standard.
